unable to get .nav file on 4.3.3 b34

I tried to convert .ubx (from my GNSS) to .obs and .nav file, but I could not get the nav file using b34.

I was able to get .nav file from b33 version.

I can confirm the issue. With b34, no nav- and obs-files from ubx-file. Can be reproduced with the followingF9P_181215_static.ubx at https://home.csis.u-tokyo.ac.jp/~dinesh/GNSS_Train_files/202201/Data/StaticData.zip
