SP3-d format incompatibility

The format SP3-d increases the maximum number of satellites from 85 to 999 [https://gssc.esa.int/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/sp3d.pdf]. For doing so, it uses the columns 4-6 of row 3, whereas the previous format SP3-c used the columns 5-6. rtkpost and rnx2rtkp are compatible with SP3-c format, but can use SP3-d as well. But if an SP3-d file is given as input, the hundreds of the number of satellites (column 4) are neglected.
In recent years, several research centers (CODE, GFZ, etc) have begun to provide precise multi-constellation orbits. It would be interesting to extend compatibility to the new SP3-d format so that the precise orbits of all constellations can be used.
