Make the tomo_step_scan script work efficiently #19
Description
During 2018-03-10 beamtime it was observed that sometimes the tomo_step_scan gets really slow. It was found that the time between when the camera is enabled and exposure finishes is considerably longer than the expected exposure time. Sometimes the scan is 20 minutes, sometimes it's 45 minutes.
