### Proposed functions for repairing data content:

```repair_nans```: Replace NaN elements with a numerical value.
```repair_negs```: Replace negative elements with a numerical value.
```repair_zeros```: Replace zeros with a numerical value.
```repair_outliers```: Replace outliers with a numerical value.
