I would say yes: It is still the main repo with all materials including also proj2h5 notebook converting SLS original data into a more compact hdf5 format used by reconstruction notebook.

On the other side the reconstruction and jupyter environment is living with its own life in MAX IV Jupyter repo on GitLab.com where up-to-date environment configs can be found for Docker and SLURM & hpc-conda

Compacting the use case here or elsewhere would be a good idea. Krisztian we can invite you to this organization.

In fact to have everything in notebooks it would be good to have something what can pull the original data from the PSI archive. The pull script, conversion notebook and the reconstruction notebook could present a full workflow.

So if I understand correctly you are suggesting to..

• add a script or modify the notebook to pull the data
• add the dockerized conada env so the correct env can be reproduced for the notebook
