Make it easier to paste in a code sample to a comment

Current idea: add a function to prefix a region as a diffscuss comment, so that you can, after pasting it in, just mark the region and then prefix it. (Of course, this could run into issues with indented comments, but would be a good start).

Other option: take over pasting behavior, somehow.
