Module extra information #21
Description
A module should be able to have extra information / help information (optional).
In the module icons toolbar, when selected, a question mark appears in a corner of the icon, which is clickable. When clicked, a dialog opens with the help written in it.
This dialog opens automatically on activating a module with the option to close it and a checkbox to choose to not show the help again. If the checkbox is checked and the close button is clicked, a cookie is set remembering to not show the help dialog of that module again in the future.
