Mcrypt deprecated since 7.1

The whole Mcrypt is getting deprecated since PHP 7.1 in favour of OpenSSL.

This package will be abandoned, and you should use omnipay package - https://github.com/tomaj/omnipay-tatra (or other https://github.com/tomaj/omnipay-vub, https://github.com/tomaj/omnipay-slsp)

But this mcrypt issue is also in the other packages. I have this in my todo (for omnipay package), but not next weeks.
