Sorting issues and Saving Filter

Sorting the issue page does not seem to be working.  When I sort by votes, it sorts by 3 votes then 2 then 3 again.. inconsistent and it still says that it's sorted by create data in the header.

Also when I click save my filter after applying a sort or filter, I am logged out and the filter does not save.
