OrgAdmin console link and Profile link missing in Track

Current behavior

User clicks on their Profile icon and cannot access their OrgAdmin console (if they are OrgAdmin) and Profile page

Expected behavior

User clicks on their Profile icon and can access their OrgAdmin console (if they are OrgAdmin) and Profile page

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Load Track
2. Click on the Profile icon
