Demo: Add additional Workflow Team members to the Default WFL1 on Demo

Story

The Sales team want to be able to act as Program and Org Admins for the default WFL1s on Demo

'Humanitarian Response to the Syrian Crisis'
and
u'Bildung für sozial benachteiligte Kinder in Deutschland'

They would like us to create 4 generic Workflow Team users that they can log in as.
ProgramAdmin 1
ProgramAdmin 2
OrgAdmin 1
OrgAdmin 2

Can you please add the additional Workflow team members to the two default programs?
