Clean up - remove static files #1096
Description
Current behavior
Currently unnecessary static files are included in TolaActivity, some of them are causing issues with GitHub security notifications since they contain vulnerable js libraries.
The libraries and all static files are not used anymore by the application so it should be safe to remove them.
