improve: project adder tool

[mkovaxx]

Should haves:

• Be a binary runnable with cargo run add-project, with no funky deps.
• Keep the list of projects sorted alphabetically.
• Either add an empty logo_url field, or update the template to work without that.

Would be nice:

• Use https://crates.io/crates/ratatui
• Use https://crates.io/crates/turbo-vision
