Missing perl 5.38

Not sure if this is a plenv problem or someones else, but probably you could point me to the right direction.
I have integration tests using the perl 5.38 and they started to fail:

This would be a Perl::Build issue, more specifically that CPAN::Perl::Releases and CPAN::Perl::Releases::MetaCPAN both don't find a tarball for 5.38.0. However, both are able to find 5.38.0 locally for me so I don't know why that would be.
