Separate GitHub Organization for plenv

We should create a separate GitHub organization for plenv. Anyenv, pyenv and rbenv have their organizations:

• https://github.com/anyenv
• https://github.com/pyenv
• https://github.com/rbenv

Having a separate organization would make plenv more serious.

We could also collect plenv plugins under it.
