Literal empty arrays [] in .cshtml file are not supported and being reported as syntax error

**Describe the bug**
Literal empty arrays `[]` in .cshtml file are not supported and being reported as syntax error

**To Reproduce**
Just use `[]` in cshtml

**Expected behavior**
It should be supported, I think. Its a valid csharp code
