Refresh udev rules on documentation #195
Description
I noticed udev rules installed by blink1-tool s shorter than the udev rules in the README of Blink1Control2. My point is to unify the rules so just one set of rules work with both tools.
If Blink1Control2 needs more rules, explain why in the documentation. If it's not necessary, edit the documentation.
