Switching between assets throws away unsaved changes

I think that we should either save by default when swicthing between assets, or keep the unsaved changes somewhere so that they are there when we come back to the asset.

Also if we could bind ctrl+s to do the same as ctrl+enter (save and hot-reload) it'd be neat, because ctrl+s is kinda hard-wired into my brain and fingers.
