Missing applegen utility

Hi. This looks very interesting but I could not find applegen utility anywhere to play with API generation (I am interested in Security Framework which is not generated afaict).

For the context: I just created zalando/go-keyring#136 and had to write function prototypes manually and while doing so was wondering if its possible to automate this :)

Here is an early feedback: I tried using Core Foundation and there are a couple of inconveniences:

• CString should be better converted as string instead of *byte since purego supports string->cstring out of the box, otherwise requires use of CFStringCreateWithBytes
• CFStringBuiltInEncodings has type int but APIs want uint32 which requires casting
• CFDictionaryCreate needs unimplemented kCFTypeDictionaryKeyCallBacks and kCFTypeDictionaryValueCallBacks

I also saw lazy RegisterLibFunc approach here if startup time is ever a concern (ref ebitengine/purego#399).

Those issues you raised are all addressed in the current HEAD (tag: v0.4.0). I'm going to close this for now but will leave another comment when applegen is released. Please open other issues for api snags or missing frameworks in the mean time.
