Dependency github.com/tliron/kutil is gone

go.mod includes a dependency on github.com/tliron/kutil, but that project is gone and have been replaced with a Rust-based codebase.

Oops, just the URL changed to this. Sorry about this, we had some trouble with URLs and had to switch them back and forth for a while. A few projects had to change but we forgot this one!

For projects which directly depend on kutil, we can use:

replace github.com/tliron/kutil => github.com/tliron/kutil v0.1.59

But for projects which depend on github.com/tliron/glsp, there's no obvious workaround.
