[feature request] ability to import and annotate PDFs

The ability to import PDFs to the canvas for annotating / note taking would be very useful.
I think there would be merit in having two import options: One option that constrains the canvas to the dimensions of the imported PDF (like this) such that it can be exported back into another pdf, and another option that imports the pdf like any other image for the explicit purpose of annotating.

I have a POC down that adds "New drawing from PDF" under File and adds everything to the editor like this:

The code is very messy but it works enough to use in class tomorrow. 😉
