Observation: File Write error when using experimental PSF of odd dimension

Related to #4 : I got the same error when using an experimental PSF.

Here's what i've learned: If the PSF is of dimensions 64x64, all is good in the world. When I use the 65x65 experimentally obtained one, hell breaks loose (including system popups complaining about locked temp files).

I don't know if it's an odd/even problem or if it's a power-of-2 problem. Nevertheless, I recommend folks try making sure the dimensions on all inputs are powers of 2.

@bryantChhun thanks for posting this issue. I ran into this same problem with a 71x71 PSF, which I fixed by truncating it to 70x70. In my case, make_otf simply never wrote out a .tif file to disk for 71x71, but no error messages showed up in the JupyterLab cell output, just the path to the file that was never written.
