Consider Removal of set-env.ps1

Why?

• not sure if anyone really uses it
• always forget to align it with set-env.bat
• it's not tested at all and I honestly can't support it

If anyone needs or uses it please let me know and I'll keep it in (unsupported though). If not, I'll clean up and remove it.

Created PR #79 for removal of the .ps1 script. I will keep it open for a few more days but then merge it if no one shouts...
