Hello! I have been trying to reproduce your MP clustering process on my data recently. However, since my data only contains one type of cancer and has a relatively small sample size, the MP clustering did not succeed. I would like to ask if it is reasonable to try adjusting the parameters to relax the clustering criteria of MP or to stop the analysis after obtaining the robust NMF and manually select the NMF of interest for analysis. I hope to seek some of your suggestions.
