Where is cc_data()?

In line 158 of study_plots_data_cc_consensus.R, the function of cell cycle scoring cc_data() is called:
ccdata <- cc_data(cells, g1s, g2m, expmat, bin_aves)$ccdata, but I cannot find the definition of that function. I would be grateful if you could tell me where the implementation of cc_data() is. Thank you.
