UTF-8 Support #134
Description
As discussed with @janheinrichmerker, the idea is now to pass all metadata and metrics via JSON serialized UTF-8 strings. This will remove the ResultType in the results struct and will add as additional dependencies the utf8cpp library and a json library (possibly nlohmann::json or rapidjson).
