Can't run after Eclipse Import

I cloned the master branch to my workspace and I had a few missing functions like getIsbn, getUsername, and getHashedPassword; additionally, I followed the Eclipse environment setup here without issue, only to find that after creating placeholder functions for the missing listed ones above, that I'm getting a No Compiler error, logger mentions Are you running on a JRE rather than a JDK?
