User ethereal_gears (on CurseForge) suggested the idea of an "Ender-Infused RoboBee".

Another related idea could be a linked Drone Port system: two ports could be linked together, similar to how Nether Portals work. Perhaps a chip card or another item could be used to synchronize them. A RoboBee could enter one port and instantly exit through the linked one.

This will be a new bee port that links to another one in the other dimension. Some kind of item will be used to link them. A Bee will then see that the target is in another dimension and fly first to the closest "portal port".
