Unable to load model while app is firewalled

I have downloaded the various models, and already tried loading all of them, and they load normally.

But when I firewall the app and block network access (by not allowing permission for "network"), the image generation Absolute_Reality_(CPU) model, does not load. If I enable network access, it loads fine again. The other models I have downloaded e.g. for text, work normally even when app is firewalled.

Device: Google Pixel 6 pro
Os: Latest GrapheneOS, Android 16

Is it something that is supposed to happen? Can you reproduce it, or is there something wrong with my case specifically? Do you consider it as something worth changing, for the users to be able to use the app without the need of internet access permissions? Do you need any further information on my side, to understand the issue better?
