Describe the bug
After I use software to read hard-cored subtitles, some the letter don't appear in subtitles. Some of the letter can't read are"ế, ụ, đ, ì, ệ, ê, í, ủ,.... " as you can see, some of letter that use symbol in Vietnamese that this software can read. Can you help me fix it ?

Expected behavior
it should have full word, full sentence.
