Enhancement: Locate where the reminder field should be on the screen?

Hi timklge,

Your extensions are working great!
Used Headwind, Powerbar (speed) and Reminder (HR) all today...

I'm also using the Ki2 overlay feature, and have it at the top of the screen under the status bar (time, battery, etc) and when I use the reminder function for HR it gets overwritten by my Ki2 overlay.
Would it be possible to add the option to locate your reminders on the screen at coordinates (x and y) like Ki2 allows?
I'd like to have my reminders in the middle of the screen not at the top, if possible.

Also, would add a vote for CORE TEMP and TIRE PRESSURES in the list of values to set for reminders...
I see it as another request, so just wanted to agree :-)

Currently, the extension uses the same method used by the Karoo system itself when it displays alerts like "low radar battery" etc. Those are always displayed at the top of the screen unfortunately, and there is no way to change the position with that approach.

What Ki2 (and the powerbar extension) do is to add their own windows, which can then be freely placed on the screen and which are layered on top of the ride app window (or potentially other windows like ki2). That is a bit more complex to do, but I agree it could be a good alternative to the standard notifications in the future.
