Live Activity for home screen

Describe the solution you'd like
In iOS 16, later this year, there will be a thing called live activities. It would be pretty nice if we could pull out our iPhone and could see some basic details from the lockscreen.

I strongly support this as well. I do not have a need to see "current status" on the lock screen - but it would be really handy if it was possible to pause/stop/restart the current workout from the lock screen.
