I am running a service on Fly.io now. But this code still looks like it is functions for Firebase.

Your current code needs conversion:

1. The code is being deployed to Fly. It is set to automatically deploy in every push or merge to Main branch.
2. As a remote agent you can have a dedicated bash environment which can do installs. It can set environment variables. Tell me what that bash script should be so that you can interact via CLI with Fly as a remote agent.
