The video can run successfully, but the effect is very poor.

Hi @April-lie-debug , thanks for reporting this!

That “MISSING encoder.embed_tokens.weight” message usually means your Wan2.2 install/model files don’t match what the script expects. Please reinstall Wan2.2 following the official instructions, then re-run the command.

fyi : this is a transformers specific issue which should now be resolved with this fix : huggingface/transformers#43880
