Is it possible to add a possibility to get the DeviceToken, similar like it´s done in CloudPush?

And possibly an event or callback that´s fired when "start" returns

I am sorry, I am not fully sure how to do fork and pull request, but I namely want this little addition (plus the import for HashMap), I have already built one for me, it works, but I want to be able to upgrade in future
