Android latest release

Hi,
There doesn't appear to be a release for the latest version of Android. I can see it's been updated for use with the latest Titanium SDK but can you please add a new release for it?

Unfortunately, I don't have the time. If someone can add it via a PR I will of course merge. I'm also willing to hand over the maintenance of the project since I haven't used Titanium for more than 3 years.
