[Enhancement] Add option to clear all preferred/excluded mounts, either at once or by zone #23

It's very frustrating to try to set a global preferred mount and get told that it can't be done because there's a zone-specific one set somewhere. Trying to find that is impossible: there are LOTS of zones! My solution was to uninstall the addon, delete all the settings, then reinstall and setup again. MASSIVE PAIN
Having an option to clear the zone-specific selections would fix that. Even if it just comes up on the screen that tells you that the global one can't be set because of zone-specific ones.
A less-convenient-but-still-workable option would be to allow me to view all of the zones to see what's selected so that I can undo them without having to travel the whole of Azeroth and clear the selections in each and every zone. If you're going to do this one, it would be nice to either indicate on the list which zones have selections set or allow me to choose to only see zones that have selections made.
