Call won't change status to 'call in progress'

Hi everyone, I having problems with microphone on any calls, when I calling, the microphone bar moves acording with my voice, but when the call starts this bar stops and nobody hear me.
On microphone test inside pidgin everything works very well, (in other softwares like Kwave too), this issue occur using USB or jack. I changed a lot of configuration inside of my operating system, like backend from VLC to gstream, priority of devices, volumes, etc...

I notice in all my calls, never going to "call in progress" status, all calls stay on "calling" status but, I can hear other person voice, but they can't listen me.
