Ontology IRI redirects to website when requesting turtle

Hi everyone,

when I try to load dr to Protege using http://www.w3id.org/ecsel-dr I get a parsing error.

For rdf+xml syntax:

org.semanticweb.owlapi.rdf.rdfxml.parser.RDFParserException: [line=2:column=17] Expecting rdf:RDF element.

or for turtle syntax

org.semanticweb.owlapi.rdf.turtle.parser.ParseException: Encountered "" at line 1, column 1.

When I try to get turtle with the same iri I am redirected to https://ifx-dr.github.io/DigitalReference/ which loads an html document.
