我查了当前 web / PWA 聊天输入区实现。现在输入框确实是在会话页底部渲染的，但视口处理主要依赖 CSS 的 100dvh / --tg-viewport-stable-height 和底部 safe-area padding；另外，输入区这里只对 iOS PWA 做了额外分支，Android 侧没有找到软键盘弹出后的专门视口修正逻辑。所以从现有代码看，这个场景目前还没有被专门处理。

• web/src/index.css:96 - 页面高度依赖 100dvh / --tg-viewport-stable-height
• web/src/App.tsx:54 - Telegram 初始化只调用 ready() / expand()，这里没有键盘视口处理
