show tabs if more than 1 tabs are opened even if "always_show_bufferline = false" is set on "nvim-bufferline.lua"

i use [bufferline](github.com/akinsho/nvim-bufferline.lua), and scope.nvim works great with it. 
i have set ```always_show_bufferline = false -- ( don't show bufferline if there is only one file is opened)```. 
that's why tab won't show even i have 2 tabs opened
 i.e tab will not show(on top right) if tab has only one buffer.
