CloudFrontS3Service with logging enabled does not result in a valid logging configuration #233
Description
When we enable_logging on a CloudFrontS3Service, the resulting configuration gives no logs even when we intentionally generate traffic to the site. We need to investigate this and fix logging for our frontends.
