I identified three providers in the ISPDB (Nifty, PeoplePC, Goo Mail) that are currently configured to use outdated plaintext settings. However, my analysis shows that these providers actually support encryption (SSL or STARTTLS).
Keeping these configurations in plaintext exposes users to insecure transfer.
