Safari extension should be documented / discoverable

I was looking into implementing this, only to discover it was added over a year ago. Then I wasn't sure how to use it, since I am still unfamiliar with Safari extensions.

It should probably be in the docs when that system is up and running.

I would also suggest it would be good to:

• Mention in the description of the App Store page that we have a Safari extension (and what it does)
• Have something in a welcome/onboarding message in the app that mentions the Safari extension (or perhaps in the settings page), to improve discoverability

The current site is being updated, but we'll keep in mind to add information about the Safari Extension once the new site is ready. I'll also include information about the Safari Extension in the App Store page when we make a new release.
