Upgrade System.Drawing.Common version

The current plugin version (V12.0.1) ships with an outdated version of System.Drawing.Common (4.7.0), which has been marked as vulnerable.

Describe the solution you'd like
Upgrade System.Drawing.Common to a non-vulnerable version.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I'm not sure what role System.Drawing.Common plays in the plugin, but due to the mentioned vulnerability, I upgraded to latest version (9.0.5) anyway and have seen no difference or a problem so far.

Taking into consideration that "Since .NET 7, non-Windows platforms are not supported, even with the runtime configuration switch. See https://aka.ms/systemdrawingnonwindows for more information."

@thudugala, shouldn't this library be optional to install then? Taking into consideration that it can't be uninstalled individually unless the entire plugin is removed. as far as I know.
