Notification Not Working When App is Closed. Android

Notifications do not work as expected when the app is closed. However, if the app is completely closed, notifications will not be received at all. ,even if i add the app to Alarm & Reminder

Check that you have added all of the following permissions to the AndroidManifest.xml:

I have a similar issue, when the app is not loaded in memory, the Notification_Received and Notification_Tapped do not fire. However, if the app is loaded in memory, then both the events fire. This is using plugin version 10.1.8 and above on Android.

.Net 8 I am using my project. Still I have issue when app close and sleep notification not fired and background work also stopped how to solve this issue i'm using similar chat app but this issue users (testers) not satisfied with it

.Net 10 is what I had been using. Notification doesn't fire when the app is closed. I just added SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM in AndroidManifest.xml. And I got a notification finally. But I am checking to see if it'll do so when the phone is asleep.
