Issue scheduling notifications in Android with 11.1.1

Hey all,

I've been trying to figure out why scheduled notifications don't seem to be getting created or triggering, but a sample one is (after relaunching the app; Release mode seems to require it after permission approval.)

Method:

I realize upon reflection that I may want to break out the NotificationRequestSchedule into some kind of const possibly add the notificationRequests to all use the same schedule (ie every four hours or something).
