style suggest: version labels consistently available as git tags #33
Description
I would like to suggest a consistent indication of the versions of DW wit a git tag.
Beside as content of file datawarrior/src/com/actelion/research/datawarrior/help/DEUpdateHandler.java, the note of the current version of DW sometimes is a git tag, but other times a little bit less accessible in the git commit message, for instance
version 6.2.3 by August 11, commit 8b96ef3
version 6.2.4 by September 4, commit 009cf89
version 6.2.5 by September 4, commit 8479222
