CI: Probably release 1.0.13 assets probably does not corresponds to the commit

Description

Tested on a clean Manjaro virtual machine, installed package throne-bin from AUR,
which uses prebuilt 1.0.13 version from Throne releases. Tun-mode works, but with some differences:

• sing-box == v1.12.14 in prebuilt Throne differs from 1.0.13 version, set in nixpkgs

• xray core version in prebuilt is not displayed (probably compiled without it)

• Prebuilt Throne GUI itself looks different, version in header not displayed and same XHTTP link
  recognized as different type of connection

The sing-box version mismatch is probably just an issue with the fact that we set
-X 'github.com/sagernet/sing-box/constant.Version= to the throne version accidentally.
The title not having the version is because we're not setting the INPUT_VERSION environment variable.
Let's investigate it on the nixpkgs PR, let's not bother upstream until we've confirmed that this is an issue on their part

But that doesn't explain other differences, like why the Xray version isn't showing up.

Maybe it's the xhttp branch, since it has the version of sing-box shown in the picture:

and that branch also doesn't have the Xray-core logic in it yet.

But according to the changelog:

sing box is supposed to already be 1.12.14, but that's only the case in the xhttp branch.

@Mahdi-zarei, tag set to wrong branch? It looks like release 1.0.13 assets (https://github.com/throneproj/Throne/releases/download/1.0.13/Throne-1.0.13-linux-amd64.zip) correspond to the xhttp branch.

I am kinda confused here as well, need to take a look at the CI, the job was run on the XHTTP branch, but its tag seems to be on the dev branch somehow.
