I don't think it will ever happen, as the developer would have to completely rewrite the entire GUI in GTK. Supporting two GUIs at the same time is not the easiest task.

We do not handle themes by ourselves, we rely on Qt for that. Writing custom logic to support such edge cases is completely out of the scope of this project.
